nbaji Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of nbaji constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all services offered on the nbaji platform, including sports betting, casino games, live games, and any other features made available to registered players.

nbaji reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. 2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on nbaji. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering your nbaji account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• You must not share your nbaji account password with any other person.
• Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact nbaji support immediately.
• nbaji will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share it with anyone claiming to be nbaji staff.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

nbaji supports a range of local payment methods for players in Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the nbaji platform:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your nbaji account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used.
• Withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible. nbaji targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for verified accounts, though actual times may vary.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that belongs to you. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• nbaji reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud is suspected.

nbaji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside nbaji's control. Always check with your payment provider before initiating a transaction.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on nbaji are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question, as well as these general betting terms. By placing a bet on nbaji, you accept the applicable rules in full.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by nbaji, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• nbaji reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical fault or human error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, nbaji's decision is final. All game results are determined by certified systems and are not subject to manual adjustment.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements associated with that bonus.

• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches, or loopholes in the betting system will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

nbaji offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion in question, as well as these general bonus terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your nbaji account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion. Eligibility criteria vary by offer.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.

nbaji actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. If prohibited conduct is detected, nbaji reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice, including reporting the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

9 Privacy & Data

11 Account Termination

Either you or nbaji may close your account at any time. The following conditions apply:
